It's run by sisters, and the owner has overseas experience, which gives it a very professional vibe. A female chef personally prepares the sushi, making for a truly unique experience. The atmosphere is quiet and cozy, perfect for a date. 🍣✨

September 2026I would say this is by far the best sushi I have ever eaten. The chef's skills are excellent, and the food was prepared with such care. Since it is a very small restaurant with only a few seats, I highly recommend visiting if you can make a reservation. I definitely want to visit again someday!

September 2026I had high expectations because it was a Michelin-rated restaurant, but the important Ms. Hanako wasn't there. After looking into it later, it seems she has gone independent and is now running Matsumiya. I might be making a mistake like I often do...
