August 2026This is Kaida Shimen Kitada, a place visited by Chairman Lee Jae-yong. Perhaps the master owner shared the recipe, because three female staff members are running the shop, and they serve ramen made according to precise portions. The shop is clean, and the ramen is decent.

August 2026I waited for over an hour. It seems to be quite a well-known place, not just among Koreans but also among the locals! Unlike tonkotsu ramen, the rich clam broth is truly exquisite. However, compared to the flavor, it is extremely salty. I was drinking water all day…. lol
