August 2026Visited because Miso-katsu is a famous Nagoya specialty. It was slightly past lunchtime, but I was able to enter after waiting about 20 minutes. The tonkatsu itself had good meat quality and the frying was decent. The miso sauce felt a bit salty, but it's suitable when eaten with rice. It's a decent local specialty.

August 2026I visited around 4 PM and didn't have to wait. There were three adults, so we only ordered two set menus. The portions were generous and just right. I think many Koreans will visit, but the service wasn't friendly. For the set menu, there was an option to choose between two sauces, but they just brought one and poured it on without any explanation. It was disappointing that they didn't even attempt to explain it.
