As others have said, it definitely deserves its two Michelin stars. Every single bite was truly magnificent. The unexpected and creative combinations of flavors were impressive. Just when I thought I had found my favorite dish, the next one was even more surprising. The portions and serving pace were perfect, and the plating was beautiful and well-balanced. The wine pairing was also very meticulous. I ordered a non-alcoholic beverage, and my husband ordered an alcoholic one, and the two drinks were completely different...

It was my first time visiting a restaurant that combines Okinawan cuisine with Western cooking techniques, and it was truly excellent, living up to its Michelin 1-star reputation. If you are a tourist, you must visit! 👍🏻👍🏻
