Just when I thought I had found my favorite dish, the next one was even more surprising. The portions and serving pace were perfect, and the plating was beautiful and well-balanced. The wine pairing was also very meticulous. I ordered a non-alcoholic beverage, and my husband ordered an alcoholic one, and the two drinks were completely different...
