August 2026I visited Nikupuku, which is famous for being difficult to book. As soon as I received a cancellation notification, I clicked the button to change my schedule and successfully made a reservation! The menu features a variety of Wagyu, and the harami (skirt steak), which insists on a specific aging period, was exceptionally deliciousโthe more you chew, the more the flavor comes out, which was truly moving. However, I felt it might be difficult to visit frequently due to the high-end sukiyaki style, and I didn't feel a significant advantage in terms of cost-performance relative to the price of the meat.
