สิงหาคม 2569The appetizer, combining fresh seasonal seafood and carefully selected vegetables, perfectly captures the natural flavors and sweetness of the ingredients, with an exquisite use of olive oil and herbs. I was completely captivated by the first two dishes featuring sweetfish and carp. The Tajima beef steak with abalone sauce was also superb, with a savory exterior and a beautifully cooked medium-rare interior. The pairing with Italian wine was excellent. The staff's hospitality was pleasant, making this undoubtedly the best place for luxurious and delicious Italian cuisine in the Shinjuku Sanchome area.
