August 2026The appetizer, combining fresh seasonal seafood and carefully selected vegetables, perfectly captures the natural flavors and sweetness of the ingredients, with an exquisite use of olive oil and herbs. I was completely captivated by the first two dishes featuring sweetfish and carp. The Tajima beef steak with abalone sauce was also superb, with a savory exterior and a beautifully cooked medium-rare interior. The pairing with Italian wine was excellent. The staff's hospitality was pleasant, making this undoubtedly the best place for luxurious and delicious Italian cuisine in the Shinjuku Sanchome area.

August 2026I visited because it's an Italian restaurant known for its excellent handling of seafood. I had the 13,000 yen lunch course. It started with seasonal first Katsura carpaccio. It was very fresh and a dish that raised my expectations. Next were hokki clams and white asparagus. The hokki clams were charcoal-grilled, and the contrast with the white asparagus cream was wonderful. However, I felt a slight awkwardness in the sommelier's response around this point.
