July 2026I had an amazing dinner at Auberge Blanche. Although I live not too far from France, the French food I had here was the best I've had in a long time. Using local ingredients and spices offered a more special experience. The restaurant provides a cozy atmosphere that is perfect for enjoying a great meal. Every course was excellent, but the bisque soup with local shrimp and the red wine stew with wagyu beef were particularly outstanding.
