A charming restaurant using fresh local ingredients with an excellent farm-to-table concept. The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable, and offers a sense of deep relaxation. It was difficult to make a reservation on the website, so I inquired via email, and they kindly helped me with the reservation. This is my third trip to Kyoto, and I regret only visiting this restaurant now. It was great to experience flavors I hadn't before, and every dish was unbelievably delicious. It's a restaurant I still think about even three months after visiting. I want to go back to Kyoto just for this restaurant.
