The tempura is fried to order, making it light and delicious. We ordered the summer special set; the seafood was fresh, the corn was sweet, and the eggplant remained moist even after frying. Tempura can get a bit greasy as it cools down (as all fried foods do), so it is best eaten immediately. It was even more enjoyable with the variety of salts provided (the wasabi salt was the best). I also loved how the sound of frying filled the restaurant. We sat at a table, and the food smell didn't cling to our clothes, allowing us to keep eating comfortably until we left. Please note that while cash is accepted, contactless payments (e.g., Apple Pay) are not supported.

The restaurant boasts a sophisticated and luxurious atmosphere, and sitting at the counter was particularly pleasant. Watching the chefs prepare and fry the ingredients right in front of us was very intriguing and added special meaning to the meal. We ordered a variety of vegetarian tempura, and it was truly excellent. Every piece of tempura was light and crispy, perfectly cooked to preserve the original flavor of the vegetables.
