September 2026It was my first time trying Jiro-style ramen, and it wasn't bad. If you wait outside, a friendly staff member will guide you in. Once inside, you pay via kiosk, wait again, and then enter when a seat becomes available. The ramen is miso-based and topped with minced pork, boiled pork slices, bean sprouts, and garlic. If it's your first time, I recommend ordering a mini size with regular portions of everything. I left feeling very full.

July 2026I went there around 7 on Friday and waited for an hour. Ordering through the kiosk made customization easy. When the person in line before you goes into the store and comes back, you just need to buy a meal ticket from the store and wait. It was delicious.
