August 2026It was an unforgettable experience in Kyoto. There were four of us, and both the food and service were impeccably excellent. It's a perfect score (10/10). The ingredients were truly fresh and seasonal. The staff explained each dish in detail and even interpreted into our language so we could understand. We were able to taste fish that is rarely seen in typical sushi restaurants. It was an experience that will stay with us for a long time. I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and kindness of all the staff.
