February 20262025.06 사전에 예약해 들었습니다. 【주문한 메뉴】 여러가지 부탁했기 때문에 세세한 내용은 우로 기억입니다만, 6명으로 약 ¥40,000(1명당 ¥6,000~¥7,000)이었습니다. 【요리】 이 날은 어느 고기도 소금 가감이 딱 좋고, 구이도 찌르기도 대만족◎ 그 중에서도 미노 찌르기와 코부쿠로 찌르기가 일품! 식감과 절묘한 양념이 견딜 수 없고, 코브크로 찌르는 것은 무심코 변해 버렸습니다. 호르몬을 좋아하기에는 견딜 수없는 일품으로, 맥주도 점점 진행됩니다. 【음료】 병 맥주 (삿포로 붉은 별)는 가게의 재고를 죽이는 기세를 받았습니다. 오랜만에 마신 생맥주(아사히 슈퍼 드라이)도, 이전보다 맛있게 느꼈습니다. 【코스파】 이만큼 먹고 마시고, 1인당 ¥6,000~¥7,000은 꽤 양심적. 고기의 질도 높고 만족도는 충분합니다. 【분위기】 점내는 청결감이 있고, 로스터 주위도 깨끗. 연기나 냄새도 신경쓰지 않고, 차분하고 즐길 수 있는 공간입니다. 【총평】 특히 미노 찌르기와 코부쿠로 찌르기의 맛에 감동. 호르몬을 좋아하는 분에게는 꼭 한번 맛보고 싶습니다. 앞으로도 정기적으로 다니고 싶은 소중히하고 싶은 불고기 가게입니다.
