The ramen here is absolutely amazing! 🍜 With a rich pork bone broth and soft noodles, once you taste it, you'll keep thinking about it and want to go back for more! July 2026⬛Special Ramen: The fat layer is thin, and the bone flavor and saltiness come to the forefront. It is close to what is called 'clear Tonkotsu'... However, it sits somewhere between Kurume-style and a truly clear broth (a clear appearance). Perhaps this is why other reviews mention that tastes might be divided? It hits a niche that feels like it should exist but is actually quite rare + since the level of pork bone sensation in the broth is a matter of preference, it was quite impressive.
