July 2026I've been visiting occasionally for over 10 years, but the other day during Golden Week, there were about 10 people in line, and though the line was orderly, it got chaotic because of the people behind me, which was unpleasant. It's not the store's fault, but I would have appreciated if they took action regarding the line formation. Since the soft serve is delicious, I plan to come again on a quiet weekday.
