From the knob to the grip, every single detail is meticulously crafted, allowing me to feel not only the excellence of the ingredients but also the politeness and dedication in their work. The grip using toro and uni was particularly impressive, and it was a continuous series of surprises and emotions until the very end. The chef's character and the restaurant's atmosphere were also pleasant, making for a truly special time. While the price point is high, I believe it is well worth it. I would love to visit again if I get the chance.
