August 2026Is the mushy texture of the udon noodles a specialty here? Also, the shiitake mushroom tempura looked soggy! Was the sweet potato tempura undercooked? Where did this rating even come from? The only delicious thing was the shrimp tempura... I still prefer Kagawa udon!
