สิงหาคม 2569One Michelin star is not enough. Everything is perfect, from the best food and sake to the friendly service and adequate English support for those who need it. The space, where tradition and modernity harmonize with outstanding architecture and design, features artistic tableware from a famous potter. I must emphasize once again that the wonderful food, prepared with care using seasonal ingredients, is undoubtedly the best.

กรกฎาคม 2569This meal was somewhat disappointing. Some courses were truly excellent, and I could feel the great care put into them. However, other courses were disappointing due to an imbalance of flavors; they were either too salty, too sweet, or lacked depth. The pacing of the food was also an issue. Some dishes came out very quickly, while others took far too long. While the plating was beautiful, the taste fell a bit short. The service and atmosphere were wonderful, and considering the price point, I think it would be much better if the other aspects were improved.
