September 2026This was my third Michelin-starred Western restaurant visit in Japan, and both the presentation and taste of the food were truly magnificent. While I expected good taste, the dedication shown in the food decoration was amazingly outstanding, and every dish was awe-inspiring. The sommelier was also very kind, and the way they interacted with guests was impressive. In particular, the charm of this restaurant was being able to sit at the counter, watch the chef's cooking process directly, and communicate with them. I highly recommend it and would love to visit again.
