กรกฎาคม 2569This is my companion's favorite restaurant in Fukuoka. The special Benten ramen has a broth flavor that is not too strong (similar to Busan's pork soup, personally, I found the kelp flavor strong while the pork flavor is not too overpowering, making it more enjoyable for me). The mentai motsu nabe is delicious on its own, but I highly recommend adding cheese risotto. This is a restaurant we visited twice during our four-day trip, and on the second visit, we ordered double the cheese risotto. Otooshi applies only to hot pot dishes.
