This time, my spouse and I made a reservation for after work and received the course meal. Even as someone who isn't an expert on fish, I enjoyed this meal immensely. The freshness of the fish and the care put into its preparation and cooking were evident. I was extremely satisfied with the flavorful soup dish☆☆☆☆☆ It was a happy time being able to truly taste the flavor of the fish.
