August 2026My husband and I had a truly wonderful dinner at Waketokuyama. Every dish was beautifully plated with care, showcasing an impressive harmony of exceptional cooking techniques and seasonal ingredients. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtfully composed small side dishes, the sushi, and the abalone dish served with seaweed. The service was impeccable—attentive and thoughtful from start to finish. When we couldn't finish all the rice, the chef even turned the leftovers into lovely onigiri and packed them in a box for us! It was an elegant and memorable meal, and thanks to the incredibly delicious, creative food and kind service, we definitely want to visit again on our next trip to Tokyo!
