Every dish was delicious and beautiful. It feels unfair that I can only describe it as 'delicious.' I was deeply moved by how they combined ingredients in ways one wouldn't normally think of to create wonderful dishes. It is the first time I have eaten with such excitement, wondering what flavors to expect next. Additionally, although I have a hand injury that makes it difficult to handle a knife and fork with both hands, the staff responded wonderfully to this and provided the food pre-cut for easy eating. The servers were also very attentive and considerate, ensuring I wouldn't face any difficulties. When I mentioned it was for a birthday, they even wrote a message on the plate. It was so good that it prompted me to write a review on Google Maps for the first time.
