The No.1 sushi restaurant in Ebisu, where you won't have to wait even if you press now. I have been visiting for a long time even before, and I deeply respect the humble character that continues to study with curiosity and spares no effort. They use skilled fish that are not famous locally, and while giving flexibility to the cost, they provide a highly satisfying course at a relatively reasonable price. The long background in Japanese cuisine also makes the dishes very delicious.
