September 2026First of all, the staff were so kind, and you could really feel their thoughtful attention to detail. I thought sukiyaki was something you boil like a hot pot, but here they serve it ready-to-eat like an omakase style, so you just have to enjoy it. I politely mentioned that the pumpkin had a very earthy taste, and the chef actually came out personally to apologize. Aside from that somewhat bittersweet incident, I had a delicious meal. I think their kindness made me feel even more satisfied. 😄...
