July 2026A restaurant that leaves you speechless. A month ago, we went to Okinawa for a family trip and were looking for a sushi place. We found this restaurant because of its high rating and made a reservation. After reserving for 4 people, we were guided to an outdoor seating that was right next to other restaurants' outdoor tables; you could smell cigarettes from the other places and the cold wind made us shiver while we ate. July 2026It was a day where I was completely captivated by the charm of omakase, where you can watch and eat dishes made by a sushi craftsman. The main ingredients in the city like rice, fish, and vinegar water... I realized sushi craftsmen have a different attitude towards rice. I was really amazed by how they fan it.
