I stayed near Maizuru Station and used the opportunity to enjoy the local delicious drinks and appetizers. The atmosphere of the place suits my taste. Quickly, I ordered a bottle of beer, and while sipping, I searched the menu for local delicious snacks. As expected, I went with seafood, ordering sashimi, stew, and a dish called hashiko. The sashimi had a sweet taste, was fresh, and paired well with Japanese sake! The stewed flounder seemed carefully prepared, with the flavor properly locked in the body, making it irresistibly delicious...
