July 2026Kudekiyo, a place everyone asks about when visiting Osaka, is a restaurant with no complaints regarding ingredients, sauces, balance, or wine. I had a dinner where I left everything to them and requested wine pairings; every dish was so delicious that there was nothing to complain about, and the wine recommendations were so good it felt like a waste to keep drinking them...
