July 2026The broth feels like it's made from chicken stock, and the noodles have a kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) texture. If you order the original clear broth and add the spicy vinegar, it's truly delicious!!! Personally, I found it more savory and tasty with the spicy addition. The gyoza has a soft, dumpling-like texture rather than being crispy, but it's still edible...
