It was a truly unforgettable experience from beginning to end! Thanks to Chef Takayoshi Fukushi, it was an even more special time. The Chef's assistant was also wonderful. They were so polite and knowledgeable, interpreting everything in English and explaining even the most delicate details of each dish. We made the reservation ourselves and even completed the confirmation process, and the hotel even confirmed it a second and even a third time, but the reservation was canceled because the front desk staff at the time could not speak Japanese. We arrived right on time, filled with anticipation, wanting to celebrate our last night with a special experience, but in the end, we had to turn back. Now we are in a situation where we urgently have to find a way to make our last night special somehow. It turned out to be a disappointing experience, completely different from what we had expected.
