Everything was great, and it was a truly wonderful evening. All the food was perfectly seasoned and delicious. I also loved the historic atmosphere of the building.

I asked Mr. Noniwa in Kyoto. Each dish was prepared with great care, allowing me to enjoy delicate cuisine that brings out the natural flavors of the ingredients. The taste of the broth was particularly impressive, and I was satisfied with the various dishes that captured the essence of the season.
