August 2025Japanese-Canadian chef Kento is a true artist. He is not just a chef but majored in art, particularly sculpture. He has worked at the Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo for a long time and showcases astonishingly small dishes at his tapas bar. It's really fun and relatively expensive, but worth it. I had a really great time, really enjoyed it, and it was a wonderful meal.
