September 2026A 3-day, 2-night trip to Nagasaki with the host! Since I wanted my first dinner to be Japanese cuisine focused on fish, I searched through many restaurants and asked Mr. Fujio to make a reservation. It was a perfect decision! I wanted to eat at a place like this that uses such great ingredients and cooks them with such care and effort! Everything was exactly as I imagined!
