August 2026Since it was weekend lunch, I waited for about 40 minutes before getting in. The sun was so intense in front of the restaurant that it felt like I was developing sunspots while waiting, but the ramen was truly delicious. The Paitan ramen was good, but I also loved the Shoyu ramen with its mushroom aroma. The scent was lovely and the noodles had the perfect chewiness, making it a flavor I keep craving. I plan to visit again on my next trip to Nagoya.
