September 2026This is a famous tonkotsu ramen shop in Kurume. I visited after a long time and decided to try the champon that regulars usually order. The soup is savory, with the umami from the tonkotsu bone marrow, and surprisingly, it's very easy to drink. Lunch service ends at 15:00, so if you arrive around 14:00, you can enjoy your meal without rushing.
