September 2026This is a restaurant I've tried to visit many times in the past, but I always gave up because of the long lines. It was amazing to watch the master chef prepare the food right in front of me and move it to the griddle in front of me, allowing me to eat it while it was still piping hot, which added to the great atmosphere. The soy sauce flavor had soaked in perfectly, making it a great match for beer. Since I rushed in just before closing time, I want to go back and take my time next time.
