The ramen here is really delicious! 🍜 The rich broth made from domestic chicken and the homemade noodles are fantastic. 🍜 I especially recommend the 'Shio Chuka Soba' and 'Rare Chashu Rice Bowl'! It's a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for women dining alone. It's close to the station and has great accessibility, making it ideal for after work or after a night out! 😋

September 2026I had been overlooking this place, thinking it was just another mediocre chain restaurant, but since they were open late, I decided to give it a try, and it was surprisingly authentic and delicious. The broth truly captures the flavor of the chicken, and the shrimp is well-balanced with a nice soy sauce saltiness. I am visiting Sora for a short while. However, the cold ramen felt more like just noodles and was a bit underwhelming.

September 2026The broth of the Shio SOBA was delicious, and the way the kombu flavor became stronger in the latter half of the broth was also tasty. The menma was a long, segmented type with a rare sweetness similar to pineapple. The chicken breast chashu had a flavor suggesting it had been kept in the refrigerator for a bit too long, but despite being fully cooked, it was cool, so it was originally delicious.
