August 2026A soba restaurant I've wanted to visit for a long time, and it was lunchtime, so it was packed with customers. After waiting and waiting, this was the buckwheat noodles that finally arrived. First of all, regarding the impression, there was so little buckwheat that you can see right through it, as shown in the photo (laughs). I have never seen buckwheat like this before.
