I arrived at opening time without a reservation, and as I stepped off the elevator, the staff asked me to wait until opening. However, as soon as it was opening time, the staff noticed and immediately seated me. I started with 'Sato no Kuro' while having the appetizers, and during the sushi course, I asked if sake would pair well. They recommended a great sake, allowing me to have a wonderful time. Even the final matcha was delicious. It felt like true hospitality.
