September 2026It was my first time having omakase sushi, but I was a bit disappointed as it didn't meet my expectations. There were a few delicious pieces of sushi. The red bean paste appetizer, the aroma of the rice, the medium-cooked dish, the sea urchin, the whole fish, and the final roll were tasty. Other than that, I thought the sushi was just average. In particular, I didn't much care for the surf clams, sardines, and kobata (I can't remember the name properly) because they were too 'alive' (fresh/slimy).

September 2026I visited for lunch. In a calm, counter-oriented atmosphere, you can enjoy the craftsman's meticulous work right before your eyes. We started with beer and appetizers; although the portions are small, each dish is exquisitely prepared and pairs perfectly with alcohol. The sense of seasonality increases anticipation for the meal.
