August 2026The food, service, ingredients, and technique were all absolutely perfect. I really want to go back. I feel like this is exactly why people come to Tokyo. The seared scallops were the best, and the variety of white fish was excellent. The fatty texture of the horse mackerel (aji) was a first for me, something I've never experienced in Korea. The sea urchin and tuna, which rely on the quality of the ingredients, were also top-notch. The sweet shrimp was very high quality, and the use of additional ingredients like eel sauce or citrus was very meticulous. Even the final fruit dessert was wonderful, and the floor manager was truly touching. Without even asking, the chef even saw us out so we could take a photo at the end. From entry to exit, it was a seamless, flowing experience.
