The ingredients are so unique that they are unpredictable, but the umami flavor that doesn't pick favorites is the highlight. It's a small countryside village and far from the bustling areas, so it's not easy to find, but I want to visit again before I die. Since it's a local hotspot for the residents, there are no English menus, making ordering a bit tough. When you visit the store, there are no images on the menu, so you have to order by reading the descriptions. However, since the taste is completely unpredictable, I recommend reading other reviews and trying the popular menu items.
