July 2026The relaxed counter seating creates a wonderful atmosphere. The service is pleasantly polite. As I have been asking since Yokoyama-san's post, if you are looking for a tempura restaurant with a great ambiance in Kinshicho, it's Pikaichi. While I have other personal favorites in Kinshicho, this is a magnificent establishment that you can take anyone to without hesitation.
