August 2026I visited 'HITOTSUZUKI' in Nakazakicho! This time, I had the yakisoba. The noodles were great, and the sauce had a rich, authentic flavor—it was simple yet so delicious that I couldn't stop eating. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it an easy place to drop by for lunch or a light meal. I didn't order it this time, but the tempura I had previously was also delicious and is highly recommended. It might be nice to enjoy the yakisoba and tempura together. I'd love to visit again when I'm in Nakazakicho to enjoy more of their tasty, casual dishes.
