Wow, this is insane...🍣 This place is Ginza Kanematsu! It boasts a truly top-notch level of flavor. Especially, it's a great spot to enjoy fresh 'Matsubagani' that can only be tasted during this season. The atmosphere is completely upscale, and you can watch the chefs at the counter, making it a perfect healing time! It would be even better to go with friends! 🍶🍷

August 2026It was by far the best food I've eaten in Tokyo. It is truly unique, and it's something you absolutely cannot taste outside of Japan from November to March. Reservations are a must, so I recommend planning ahead. The crab dishes were incredibly tender and juicy. Every course was excellent, and the crab sake was also very unique. They could speak English (though not fluently), which helped me understand the types of food and how to eat them. Highly recommended. It cost about $1,000 for two people; it was expensive, but it was an experience well worth the price.
