August 2026You can see the okonomiyaki being grilled from any seat, which gives it a great live atmosphere. The sauce has a flavorful consommé taste; I prefer the Mitsuwa sauce, which is fruitier than the one used in my favorite town. Since it's grilled without using much oil, it feels healthy.
