Here at Jungsai Bar Dojima, it's a real gem! 🍜 The Mapo Tofu and Dan Dan Noodles are especially amazing. The Mapo Tofu has a fantastic spicy flavor, and the Dan Dan Noodles are truly rich and delicious. It's so popular that you always have to line up during lunch hours. September 2026Visited after being invited by a colleague from my work in Dojima; anyway, it was a rich, blanket-like texture with sesame as the main star. The combination with the noodles is rare, but they paired surprisingly well, making it a rare masterpiece.
