July 2026I visited for lunch after paying my respects at Takeyama Temple. I ordered soba served with tempura buckwheat. The taste of the dish felt neither particularly good nor bad. When I sat down, the tea served was cold buckwheat tea, which was a sudden shock to my body after walking in the heat.
