Overall, it was a very good experience and a great place to visit on special occasions. I liked that they use local ingredients and a gas-free cooking method. The menu changes every 2-3 months; most dishes were delicious, and some were particularly impressive in terms of cooking technique. However, the fish dish was a bit disappointing. There were two points of dissatisfaction: first, the portion size of the non-alcoholic beverage pairing was too small to fully enjoy. Second, the staff kept asking if the meal was okay, which made it somewhat uncomfortable to say "no" or point out any issues. Overall, I would love to visit again later to try a completely new menu.
